AGCES has secured a special discounted rate exclusively for our attendees at the headquarter hotel, Fontainebleau Las Vegas. These exclusive rates apply only to the designated room category and are valid from 18 March through 22 March 2026.

Please note:

  • Above rates are inclusive of resort fee and lodging tax.
  • The special rate applies only to the Bleau Guest Room category.
  • Booking through the official AGCES 2026 housing portal ensures you receive the best rates during the conference dates.
  • Attendees may choose to add extra nights outside the 18–22 March window or book different room types, based on availability.
  • Please be aware that any additional nights and/or different room categories are subject to the hotel’s standard room rates and availability.
