The official language of AGCES 2026 is English. No translations will be available during the meeting sessions.

Liability & Insurance
AGCES 2026 Organizing Secretariat cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to the private property of participants. Upon registration, participants agree that neither the AGCES Leadership nor the Meeting Organizing Secretariat assumes any liabilities. Participants are advised to arrange their personal travel and health insurances for their trip wherever necessary.

Safety & Security
Bags and/or suitcases must not be left unattended at any time whether inside or outside the meeting venue and session halls. As all hotels do, we strongly recommend our participants to use their safety deposit boxes for their valuables. As with the rest of the USA, please call 911 in case of any emergency.

Climate
With more than 320 days of sunshine every year and fewer than five inches of precipitation annually, the odds that Las Vegas weather will be good to you are in your favor. March average low is 49°F / 9°C and average high is 71°F / 22°C. Rainfall remains low at an average of 23mm for the entire season, so as a result there is plenty of sunshine with an average of 10 hours in March.

Clothing
The dress code for AGCES 2026 is business formal or business casual for all occasions unless stated otherwise.
